ROLE: CONTENT MANAGER & CREATOR

ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a talented and enthusiastic Content Manager to join our creative marketing agency at an exciting stage of growth.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing, ideally within a social media agency or in-house marketing team. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate professional photography and videography skills.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 2 years experience in social media, digital marketing, or content management
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
* Professional photography and videography experience
* Strong retouching and video editing skills
* Experience using professional photography equipment and lighting
* Excellent copywriting skills across social media, newsletters, and blogs
* Experience designing creative assets for social media
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
* Ability to analyse performance data and produce client reports
* Excellent communication and client management skills

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing content calendars for clients and ensuring content is published on schedule
* Planning and managing photo and video shoots for clients
* Overseeing shoot organisation and production from initial concept through to final retouching and delivery
* Writing copy for social media content, newsletters, and other marketing materials
* Managing community engagement across clients Instagram accounts
* Creating and designing assets for Instagram posts, stories, and email marketing campaigns
* Participating in and leading client meetings
* Researching creative content ideas relevant to client objectives
* Producing monthly client reports and performance analysis
* Supporting the development of social media and content strategies for new and existing clients

LOCATION
The Content Manager & Creator will report to the Founder and Senior Content Manager.
This is a hybrid role based in our Wandsworth Town studio, with a minimum of four days per week in the office.
You must also like dogs – we have a very friendly office Labrador.
