Responsibility
* Greet and serve guests professionally and promptly
* Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
* Handle guest requests, VIP needs, and special preferences
* Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and process payments
* Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas
* Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for seamless delivery
* Uphold resort standards in guest interaction and presentation
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer-facing role (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Personalized, attentive guest service, focused on satisfaction, including handling VIPs and special requests
* Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic billing procedures
* Effective collaboration and flexibility for diverse working hours, including weekends and holidays
* Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality and professionalism in appearance and demeanor
* Good communication and passionate about customer service. Good command over written & spoken English; additional languages are an asset
* Physical stamina and dexterity to carry trays, stand for long periods, and move swiftly
* Effective time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
