Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in operations and insurance? We’re looking for a Regional Trading Operations Manager to join our Regional Senior Leadership Team and help drive success across our operations. You’ll be working closely with the Divisional Head of Operations, leading teams across multiple locations, improving processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the Divisional Head of Operations as they develop the divisional operational change strategy, ensuring it meets standards of operational change delivery by adhering to Advisory Strategy, procedures, frameworks and business standards as laid out by the Broking Operations team.
* Driving operational effectiveness and efficiency by supporting the delivery of the divisional business plan, working collaboratively with regional teams, and implementing the strategy through the regional, multi-site operational teams.
* Overseeing all operational change delivery across the region to enable trading teams to perform to their maximum potential.
* Driving operational efficiencies to increase income into the business by getting more business onto premium finance, improving income generation and implementing strategic changes across the division.
* Leading and driving the team to deliver the best and most efficient processes for colleagues and the best customer outcomes.
* Producing internal MI reports on a regular basis to monitor agreed KPI’s and present findings at Regional SLT business meetings and other forums.

* Leadership experience - Strong experience in senior roles within the insurance sector.
* Change management - Proven ability to manage change, improve processes, and drive efficiency.
* Great communicator - Strong skills in communicating with stakeholders and teams at all levels.
* Commercial mindset - Ability to look at the bigger picture and deliver results that positively impact the business.
* Robust understanding of business processes, performance levers and policy admin systems.
* Initiative, proactivity, enquiring approach and resourcefulness to deliver results.
* Ability to think strategically and manage complex situations.
* Resilience and a positive attitude when dealing with change or challenges.
