Overview
As a Team Leader in one of our betting shops, you will play a vital role in maintaining a customer‑centric environment and lead by example on the shop floor. You will receive continuous training, development benefits, and the opportunity to progress within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives
* Coach and develop team members
* Maintain high standards and ensure the shop looks the part (e.g., visual displays)
* Build relationships with customers and deliver excellent service
* Champion safer gambling at all times
* Open and close the shop with team support as required
* Ensure the shop achieves targets
Working Patterns
* The shop operates Monday to Sunday, with opening times between 8am and 10pm.
* Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis and may include evenings and weekends.

* Supervisory experience and strong people skills
* Positive, can‑do attitude with a professional and dynamic approach to work
* Strong interpersonal and empathy skills, able to engage customers from diverse backgrounds
