We are a high end private dental clinic, seeking a professional and well-presented onsite TCO with previous dental experience.
Hours required:
Friday 8.45am-5.30pm
Saturday 8.45am - 4pm
Sunday 8.45am - 4pm
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY WEEKEND, FULL DAYS
MUST also be able to work at our other branch - Marsh Lane Dental Stanmore, as required
The ideal candidate must be well presented, reliable, have excellent interpersonal skills and have a positive and friendly attitude.
The job role involves greeting and checking in patients, dealing with patient queries over the phone and booking new patients, co-ordinating the appointment calendars and handling patient bookings, as well as working alongside dentists and nurses to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
* Able to provide excellent standard of customer service
* Able to help sell treatments to patients through good communication and sales skills.
-Able to work effectively as part of our team and under supervision from our Practice Manager.
-Previous experience in a customer facing role and taking phone calls is essential.
* Be able to multitask and be extremely organised.
* Must be able to work with targets in all aspects of their role.
* Be caring and compassionate towards our patients.
-Help to maintain and build the reputation of the clinic.
