The Opportunity
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? Join our dedicated Concrete Products team at Holcim, where you'll take charge of your own sales territory in the North.
In this exciting role, you'll not only manage and grow key accounts but also spearhead new business opportunities, all while developing and executing a winning sales strategy.
What you'll be doing
* Develop business plans and accurate forecasts, identify key accounts and market opportunities to shape our strategic direction.
* Contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets and maximising margins to drive market presence.
* Implement sales and marketing campaigns, generate and follow up on leads, and promote our full product range to meet and exceed targets.
* Keep customer records up-to-date, resolve complaints effectively, and coordinate with our Credit Services and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Build and nurture strong interpersonal relationships to enhance our profile within the industry and foster new business opportunities.
