IKEA Sheffield are looking to welcome Food and Beverage Assistants to join our delightful and hardworking team within the Restaurant. What we offer
* Start date of employment will be: 16th November 2025
* Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
* 24 Hours working 5 days per week and alternate weekends.
* 16 hours working 4 days per week and 3 out of 4 weekends.
* 12 hours working 3 days per week and 3 out of 4 weekends.

What you’ll need to have
* While previous food and customer service experience can be beneficial, we are open to candidates who demonstrate a readiness to be actively involved in the work.
* Ability to prioritise work in an extremely fast-paced environment, where heavy lifting is involved.
* Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
* You are passionate about maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
* Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy.
What you’ll be doing day to day
* The role will involve a variety of tasks, where you will be required to operate dishwasher, serve food, take payment at tills, clean and clear the restaurant and work behind the scenes to prepare food.
* Customer focused, by working together to create the best customer experience. Listen, act, and exceed their expectations every day.
* Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
* Support your colleagues, lend a hand, and create a positive work environment, contributing to a proud team.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
