Responsibilities
:
1. Maintain the operating rhythm with the leadership team focusing on key priorities, routines and deliverables
2. Serve asmunications lead on strategy development and execution for internal business messaging
3. Advance organization/people strategy goals includingmunications strategy, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives
4. Assist leadership/Chief of Staff in promoting and executingmunications program
5. Execute vendor management activities, including ensuring legal requirements are met and coordinating contract negotiation and processing
6. Provide oversight of the Business Critical Milestone Reporting process and other reporting processes to ensure quality, efficiency and accuracy
7. Ensure headcount is accurate, real estate is inventoried and planned, and onboarding and termination of resources are managed
8. Work with Technology leadership to support the Business People strategy as well as themunication strategy for the department
9. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by drivingpliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
10. Develop financial projections based on risks and opportunities
11. Drive productivity/ cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management team
12. Participate in People Engagement Working Group and promote Voice of the Employee (VOE)munications
13. Identify and develop business content for deployment, to enhance brand awareness with stakeholders and clients
14. Advise, write and edit onpany-widemunications
15. Develop and maintainmunication standards and procedures; serve as subject matter expert onmunication tools and applications
16. Develop monthlymunications metrics to monitor and measure impact of themunication plan
17. Participate in leadership meetings to assess scope ofmunications needs, educate leadership on strategy, and make rmendations for achieving desired impact
18. Leverage technology and tools to enablemunications and generate excitement and interest in riskmunications
19. 25. Manage budgetary requirements and relevant processes
Qualifications:
26. Significant experience in a financial services role
27. Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
28. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbalmunication skills
Education:
29. Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
