A finishing foreman is urgently required for a plc developing in Essex and Kent.
Schemes will consist of multi unit sites incorporating flats and are all private developments.
Schemes can be from 100 – 500 units and require a manager with experience of such sites.
My client does not like job hoppers. Please only apply if you can offer commitment and truly want to work for a forward thinking Developer that rewards individuals for their efforts.
The role is for a traditional finishing/ general foreman, someone who can monitor and drive trades and most importantly has worked for a developer.
