Ingenia Global Partners is a global recruitment investment and growth platform bringing together a portfolio of high-performing, specialist recruitment businesses. Operating internationally, we support our partner brands to scale through collaboration, shared expertise, and access to centralised services.

As the group continues to grow, we are building a centralised marketing function to deliver consistent, high-quality campaigns, content, and commercial marketing support across 17+ partner brands.


Role overview

We are seeking a commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead campaign and content delivery across the group.

This is a high-impact role responsible for creating scalable marketing output that supports brand growth, client engagement, and bid success. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and partner stakeholders to translate business priorities into effective campaigns and compelling content.

The role combines hands‑on delivery with coordination across multiple brands, requiring strong organisation, creativity, and commercial awareness.


Core Responsibilities


Campaigns & Content

* Lead the development and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across multiple brands
* Create scalable content frameworks that can be adapted and deployed across the group
* Ensure marketing and talent attraction campaigns are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes


Awards & Events

* Manage the end‑to‑end process for awards submissions, including content creation and coordination with stakeholders
* Support event‑related marketing activity, including pre‑ and post‑event content and promotion
* Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility through awards and industry events


Brand Content

* Oversee the creation of high‑quality, multi‑channel content, including:
* Website content
* Thought leadership articles
* Ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging across all brands
* Work with internal and freelance resources to deliver content efficiently


Campaign Planning & Delivery

* Own and manage the group marketing calendar, balancing priorities across 17+ brands
* Translate strategic direction into clear campaign plans and deliverables
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to brief
* Develop compelling case studies and success stories from across the group that demonstrate client impact
* Work with partner brands to capture key wins and translate them into high‑quality marketing assets
* Ensure content supports both marketing and sales/bid activity


Market Insights

* Produce and manage market insights and industry‑led content, including reports and trend analysis
* Translate market data into commercially relevant content that supports brand positioning
* Use AI and research tools to improve efficiency and output


Social Media Management

* Oversee and guide social media activity across Ingenia and supporting partner brands
* Ensure a consistent and engaging presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
* Develop content plans and frameworks to scale output efficiently


Skills & Experience

* 4–7 years’ experience in a marketing, content, or digital role
* Proven experience delivering campaigns and content across multiple brands or stakeholders
* Strong understanding of B2B marketing and digital channels
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing supports growth
* Experience in recruitment, professional services, or B2B environments
* Experience supporting bids, proposals, or sales activity
* Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing workflows
* Experience working in a multi‑brand or group structure
