Job Overview:
As the Northern Education Manager, you will oversee and manage a team of freelance educators while driving educational initiatives across the northern region. You will collaborate with distributor partners to ensure business success, deliver exceptional education experiences, and report to the Head of ASP Education. The role involves regular international travel to engage with global markets and expand our educational reach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and motivate a team of freelance educators in the northern region, ensuring high-quality educational delivery.
* Work with distributor partners to strengthen relationships and maximize educational initiatives.
* Oversee implementation of educational programs, workshops, and events aligned with brand objectives.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase education-related sales and brand visibility.
* Represent the company at international markets, fostering a global presence.
* Report on key performance indicators, feedback, and growth opportunities.
* Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the company's mission and values in educational settings.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role or as a brand educator in the hair industry.
* Relevant professional qualifications in hair.
* Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating teams.
* Strong understanding of B2B relationships with distributor partners.
* Deep knowledge of haircare products and techniques.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally regularly.
* Full driving license; ability to travel across the northern region (company car provided).
