As a Team Member in our café, you're part of everything — a bit of cooking, a bit of chatting with customers, and a lot of impact. Our policy offers a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; you may work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) if preferred. We’re happy to support flexibility if your availability closely matches but does not exactly align with the advertised times.
Please note that you need to be 18 or over to apply for this role.
