The young people they support present with complex needs, including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and special educational needs. As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential colleagues in creating therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will offer individualised interventions and engagement to young people. You’ll also assess mental health needs and recommend appropriate interventions through personalised care plans. Building rapport is key—by doing so, you’ll be able to deliver effective counselling and provide feedback on progress.
