The Role
As Finance Analyst, you will play a key part in delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting, analysis, and decision support. You’ll need to be confident working with complex data, challenging assumptions, and contributing to business-critical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
5. Prepare and present financial performance reports for global stakeholders
6. Analyse and consolidate large volumes of financial data using advanced Excel
7. Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
8. Deliver weekly cost variance analysis and support month-end processes
9. Drive financial insight through robust data analysis and reporting
10. Maintain and improve financial models to support operational and project decision-making
11. Build effective relationships with operational teams to ensure reporting accuracy
12. Support audit, stock classification and bid activities as required
What We’re Looking For
13. Part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or qualified by experience
14. Previous experience in a finance or accounting role (ideally in a large or complex environment)
15. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas essential)
16. Confident working with ERP systems (SAP experience beneficial)
17. Commercially aware with a proactive, analytical mindset
18. Comfortable challenging figures and influencing decision-making
19. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
