Job Overview
Your role within that is hugely important. We’re looking for someone creatively versatile, digitally fluent and naturally curious. Someone excited by design in all its forms and already immersed in evolving digital culture, social formats, creative trends and content behaviour.
You should feel comfortable moving between disciplines and platforms without overthinking it. One day you might be creating social assets for a campaign launch, the next designing a website in Figma, building motion graphics for paid social, developing a presentation for a major pitch, refining a brand identity system, or helping shape creative ideas from the very beginning.

* Understand motion and animation workflows
* Think beyond static layouts into storytelling and user experience
* Adapt creatively across different brands, audiences and formats
* Contribute ideas, not just executions
* Work autonomously whilst collaborating closely with the wider team
Requirements
We believe the best creative comes from collaboration, trust and real human interaction. As such, you’ll need to be able to travel to our office in Reigate, Surrey up to three times per week.
