The Role
As Telephone Account Manager, you\'ll play a key role in supporting and growing intermediary relationships. You\'ll work closely with Key Account Managers to achieve a team target, act as a trusted point of contact, and confidently deliver training via webinars to support product understanding and maximise engagement. This is a newly created role as this team is growing.
* Managing and developing a portfolio of accounts
* Identifying opportunities to drive growth and following up warm leads
* Supporting events and maintaining regular communication across channels
* Delivering engaging online training sessions
* Building strong internal relationships to ensure a joined‑up customer experience
* Committing to ongoing learning and professional development
What You\'ll Bring
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Experience in an account management or customer‑focused role
* Knowledge of financial services or intermediary markets (advantageous)
* Confident presenter with the ability to organise and prioritise effectively
* IT proficiency, including MS Office and CRM/database systems
