Overview
The Environment Agency are fully committed to having an inclusive workforce to reflect the communities we serve. We don’t just talk about diversity; we seek it, embrace it, and live it, for the benefit of our staff, our communities, and our environment.
Our newly established Transformation Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is focused on creating a centralised portfolio that drives change, transformation, and continuous improvement. We’re currently looking for two Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in change and transformation, with development opportunities and strong support from your team and peers. You will be an important part of our PMO, analysing data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers, helping to set the standards for benefits and value management and embedding them, and helping teams to identify, value and validate their project benefits.
Location context: You’ll have an EA Office base location; as a national role the working location is hybrid. Some travel and overnights may be required.
