As a Branch Manager at QDrive Performance, you'll lead your team, manage our luxury fleet, and ensure every rental and chauffeur experience exceeds expectations. Use your sales expertise and leadership skills to drive your branch to success.
YOUR ROLE AT QDRIVE
* Manage budgets, sales, and profitability for the Heathrow flagship branch.
* Lead and develop Customer Service Agents, Chauffeur Drivers, and Fleet Support staff through coaching and reviews.
* Recruit and onboard new team members.
* Oversee a high-value luxury fleet, including servicing, handovers, and compliance.
* Handle escalated client issues with discretion and professionalism.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
* Luxury Service Mindset:
You understand the needs of high-net-worth clients and deliver at a concierge level.
* Management Experience:
5+ years in rent-a-car.
* Team Development:
Proven ability to mentor and upskill staff.
* Organisation:
Strong multitasking and leadership skills.
* Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and client-handling ability.
