Campaign Manager - Fashion & Beauty Publisher
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000

Our client is a rapidly growing social-first fashion and beauty publisher, creating engaging, influencer-driven content that inspires women to shop the latest high-street trends. Their videos generate over 50 million monthly views across TikTok and Instagram, with a highly engaged Gen Z and Millennial audience. As their list of commercial partners expands, they're building out their campaign delivery team to bring bold creative ideas to life.

The Opportunity

As Campaign Manager, you'll sit within the Commercial team, reporting into the Commercial Editor. This is a key role for someone who's creative, commercial, and organised - able to take campaigns from brief through to delivery, with flair for social content and strong client communication.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the Commercial Editor to bring brand campaigns to life - from concepting through to post-campaign wrap.
* Develop creative ideas, social-first concepts and decks for pitches and briefs.
* Produce one-pagers and proposal decks to communicate ideas clearly to clients.
* Collaborate with editorial, social and production teams to ensure campaign success.
* Act as day-to-day contact for clients during campaign delivery.
* Help shape social strategy, spotting creative opportunities to elevate client work.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring smooth execution and strong results.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 2-4 years' experience in campaign management, branded content, or creative strategy - ideally from a publisher, social, or influencer media environment.
* Proven ability to translate brand briefs into creative, social-first ideas.
* Skilled at deck creation (PowerPoint, Canva) and confident presenting ideas.
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and digital storytelling.
* Organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.
* Commercially minded - you understand what engages audiences and drives revenue.
* Passionate about fashion, beauty, and social trends.
