About the Role

As our Senior Hospitality Manager, you will lead and elevate the hospitality experience at Utilita Arena Sheffield, setting the standard for exceptional food and beverage delivery across all premium and event led offers.

You will drive commercial performance, innovate hospitality strategies, and inspire high performing teams to deliver memorable guest and client experiences that reflect the scale, energy, and ambition of one of the UK's leading live entertainment venues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Leadership & Commercial Performance: Supporting the Head of F&B in delivering all hospitality operations in line with KPIs and budgets, driving sales growth, maximising resources, and ensuring a well maintained and profitable operation.

* Event Delivery & Standards: Overseeing hospitality and conference & events areas to ensure all events are planned and delivered in line with SOPs, policies, and legal requirements, with effective stock rotation, cleaning procedures, and appropriate stock levels in place.

* Financial & Stock Control: Managing hospitality stock in line with the events calendar, raising purchase orders as required, ensuring accurate and timely event invoicing and billing, and supporting wage forecasting and payroll reporting.

* People Leadership & Team Development: Leading, developing, and engaging a high performing hospitality workforce, playing an integral role in recruitment, training, retention, employee relations, and wider engagement initiatives, in partnership with Legends Global F&B teams.

* Collaboration, Compliance & Administration: Working closely with Premium & Sales, Retail, internal arena/stadia departments, and external contractors to deliver outstanding client experiences, while ensuring full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene legislation, completing required administration, and undertaking additional reasonable duties as required.

We are looking for someone with:

* Senior hospitality leadership experience in premium, corporate, or large scale event environments, with the confidence to lead high performing teams under pressure and set exceptional service standards.

* A proven background in premium hospitality operations, including restaurants, banqueting, VIP or corporate events, with experience delivering complex, multi area operations on event days.

* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with hands on experience in budget management, cost control, margin optimisation, and delivering commercially successful hospitality offers.

* Exceptional organisational and communication skills, enabling you to plan strategically, prioritise effectively, influence stakeholders at all levels, and deliver consistently in fast paced environments.

* A guest first, people led mindset, with a passion for developing talent, driving engagement, and delivering world class customer experiences, supported by strong IT capability (MS Office, EPOS) and a sound understanding of food safety and compliance.
