2nd Line IT Support Technician - Bristol (with travel to Cardiff ) All travel and overnight stay will be expensed. Salary - £30,000 - £32,000 We're looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join a growing organisation with around 1,400 users, working across cutting-edge hardware, software, and infrastructure technologies. Based in Bristol (with regular travel to Cardiff), you'll be supporting both onsite and remote users, combining day-to-day end-user support with more technical, hands-on troubleshooting. What you'll be doing Respond to incidents and service requests logged in a modern ITSM system, resolving tickets in line with SLAs. Troubleshoot desktop, telephony, network, and printing issues, and investigate software problems. Ensure devices remain compliant with Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 standards. Support and install hardware, software, and mobile devices. Gain exposure to server administration and infrastructure technologies. What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar IT support role. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
