Warehouse and General Operatives
Gap personnel are proud to work in partnership with The Range to support recruitment at their new Distribution Centre in Stowmarket, Suffolk, the largest warehouse built in over 5 years.
These permanent positions offer successful candidates an exciting opportunity to join a progressive organization.
Shift Pattern
40 hours per week plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The schedule is 4 days on, 2 days off, totaling only 244 working days per year (compared to 260 on a standard 5-day week). Shifts are from 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:30 to 23:00, rotating.
Pay Rate
£13.20 per hour, including rotating shift premium and attendance bonus.

Role Responsibilities
Working inside the warehouse and external yard, including duties such as goods in, put-away, picking, and outbound loading as assigned. Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 kg is required.

A positive attitude, reliable attendance, good timekeeping, and team spirit are essential.
