The Role
Our client, with a strong reputation in the West Midlands area, is seeking an ambitious Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a growing disputes team. You will be advising on a variety of litigation matters including:
* Debt recovery
* Property disputes
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Contested probate matters

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Civil Litigation Solicitors with 2 years’ experience in conducting their own caseload of litigation matters. You will be representing clients in mediations and court proceedings and be expected to draft and review legal documents as well as provide advice to clients on property disputes, landlord and tenant matters and debt recovery.
* 2+ years’ experience in conducting own caseload of litigation matters
* Representing clients in mediations and court proceedings
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents
* Provide advice on property disputes, landlord and tenant matters and debt recovery
