We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to support our customers in achieving their goals. Based in the Nottingham area, this role involves building strong relationships, understanding customer priorities, and delivering strategic initiatives that provide measurable value.
Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and lead value-driven engagements across various levels of client organizations. Oversee strategic initiatives, delegate tasks appropriately, and track outcomes. Deliver Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) using data insights to highlight opportunities and recommend solutions. Implement strategy-focused playbooks, including those aimed at customer retention and renewal. Facilitate communication between internal and external teams to support shared objectives. Promote customer satisfaction and successful project delivery, particularly with enterprise-level accounts.
Skills And Experience
Customer success management experience demonstrating strong client satisfaction and project management skills with enterprise-level accounts. Ability to manage client relationships, including assessing, communicating and managing client needs. Ability to learn enterprise software products and achieve a high level of aptitude in product understanding and client functionality. Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to effectively communicate general technical concepts to technical & non-technical parties.
