Job Description
About Rent Connect
We provide high-quality supported accommodation for adults at risk of homelessness. We work with individuals who face multiple barriers to stable housing, including complex life experiences, low-level support needs and challenges around independence. Our focus is on progression, dignity and long-term move-on.
We are now looking for committed and values-led individuals to join our team as Housing Support Workers.
The Opportunity
This is a rewarding, non-care role for someone who wants to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. You will work directly with tenants living in supported accommodation, helping them develop the skills, confidence and stability needed to maintain a tenancy and move towards independent living.
You will manage a small caseload of tenants, delivering structured housing-related support through regular visits, practical assistance and personalised support planning.
This is not a personal care or domiciliary care position.
