Job Title: Account Manager – Project Manager
Line Manager: Account Director
Location: Remote home working with in-person get togethers in London one day per month.
Position Type: Full Time, Permanent
About Us:
We are søster Agency, a B2B event management agency. We create incredible travel incentives, conferences, brand activations and prize promotions globally on behalf of some of the world’s top luxury brands, agencies and companies.
We are offering the chance to make a real difference within a fast-growing, forward-thinking company. More than anything, we love creative people with open minds and ideas that will contribute to the wider business.
The Role:
Are you ready to bring bold ideas to life and deliver unforgettable experiences?
We’re looking for an ambitious and detail-driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact, commercially successful events for our clients. This is more than just timelines and budgets - it’s about turning creative concepts into seamless, show-stopping realities.
You’ll be involved in every stage of the event journey: from shaping ideas and supporting pitches, to meticulous planning, budget management and stakeholder coordination, through to hands-on onsite delivery (with plenty of travel along the way). You’ll balance creativity with commercial awareness, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
Previous experience within the events industry is essential - you’ll already understand the pace, pressure and precision required to deliver exceptional experiences. You’re highly organised, naturally proactive, and have a sharp eye for detail. You thrive on managing multiple moving parts and feel just as comfortable onsite as you do behind a project plan. A genuine love of travel and bringing events to life on location is a must.
Working closely with a collaborative and passionate team, you’ll play a key role in nurturing client relationships, driving growth, and winning exciting new business through a truly client-centric approach.
If you’re motivated by seeing a vision come to life and want to be part of a team that delivers events that make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
