Are you an experienced Support Worker seeking a dynamic opportunity?
This role offers full-time engagement with the potential to earn up to £10,000 over three months. Successful candidates will engage on a contract basis with competitive pay rates of up to £21 per hour. The position involves working with adults in either a care at home or residential setting within offshore islands.
As a Support Worker, you will demonstrate commitment and compassion, boasting relevant experience in UK social care settings. Shift patterns encompass a mix of early and late shifts throughout the week, including weekends.

Responsibilities of the Successful Adult Support Worker:
Collaborating effectively within a team
Upholding and promoting the rights of service users, aiding informed decision-making
Maintaining a professional demeanor in line with National Care Standards and establishing appropriate boundaries
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
Minimum qualifications of SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care (Desirable)
Essential possession of a personal vehicle as a car driver
A minimum of six months' experience in a UK care setting
