Job duties: Utilize advanced knowledge of statistics, traditional AI, and emerging Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to formulate statistical models and metrics for analyzing end-to-end accountant marketing and sales data. Perform data analysis that blends traditional AI and GenAI techniques to identify, quantify, and prioritize untapped business opportunities. Develop business cases, propose customized actions for customers, plan and execute experiments, and create dashboards and reports for key metrics. Measure business results and explain the impact of associated actions to stakeholders using insights derived from both AI approaches. Conduct analysis with a mix of traditional AI and GenAI to discover and enhance understanding of business opportunities that increase customer conversion and retention for key products and services. Design, maintain, and enhance visual dashboards using Hadoop and Tableau, tracking key performance metrics for Intuits business on a self-service basis. Develop algorithms and statistical models that leverage both traditional AI and GenAI to process large datasets and identify issues related to security, risk, and fraud within Intuit's products. Create distributed software systems to extract, clean, and transform large datasets, employing a combination of traditional AI and GenAI techniques. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify relevant relational and non-relational data sources and create features that enhance machine learning models utilizing both AI methodologies.
