You'll need exposure to dealing with printing, scanning and copying devices on both the hardware and basic software aspects. The role sees you installing and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day will include resolving technical faults, advising customers, managing stock levels, completing accurate reports, and keeping in close contact with our call centre. You'll also train customers on equipment use, maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach at all times. A full UK Driving License is required to be considered for this opportunity.
