We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Candidate Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on lead generation and relationship management to attract top talent. This position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in various recruitment technologies.
Duties
* Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media management and networking.
* Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to manage candidate applications and streamline the recruitment process.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
* Manage candidate databases within HRIS systems for accurate tracking and reporting.
* Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, providing timely updates and feedback.
* Assist in the development of job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified applicants.
Experience
* Previous experience in human resources or recruitment is preferred, with a strong understanding of lead generation techniques.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is advantageous.
* Demonstrated ability in relationship management and effective communication skills.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
