Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a Global Internal Communications Executive to join our Comms and Engagement team, part of overall People & Culture team at Rank. This pivotal role will see you contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of our global internal comms plans and campaigns, partnering very closely with your business stakeholders to improve understanding and engagement across our various business areas and locations
This is a varied role, perfect for someone who thrives on crafting messages and assets that inform, inspire, and engage. You’ll be supporting both business-as-usual and strategic messaging while working closely with the Rank Interactive People Director on their business responsibilities. Alongside this, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Comms & Engagement on Group-wide campaigns to deliver our overarching Comms and Engagement strategy.
With a wide remit and working alongside the business partnering teams, this role will cover a broad business population including our Rank Interactive, International and Group Technology business areas. These teams are spread across offices in the UK, Gibraltar, Malta, Spain, Barcelona, Ceuta, Mauritius and South Africa.

This role requires a strategic and delivery mindset, the ability to adapt to cultural nuances, and a commitment to using data and vision to continuously improve.
Qualifications
Our new Global Internal Communications Executive should be adept in digital and visually engaging communications and social media platforms, have proficiency in using software to enhance internal comms, and have experience delivering internal comms across a multi-site business – from copy to design assets.
Previous experience in an internal comms role is preferred, along with collaborative problem-solving skills, the confidence to challenge decisions not in the best interests of colleagues, and a positive and proactive attitude.
You should also demonstrate a keen eye for detail, excellent writing and proofreading skills, and the ability to manage confidential information.
