Overview
We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Thames Water Mogden STW team based in Isleworth, Twickenham.
Location: Twickenham, London. Fly in, fly out; if you're open to working away from home, we'll cover costs of staying away. Hours: 45 hours per week. Some flexibility on hours may be available if desired; just let us know when you speak to us.
Responsibilities
* Leading multiple workstreams including civil, mechanical, electrical, and process upgrades within a live treatment environment
* Ensuring projects are delivered to programme, cost, quality, and performance targets
* Championing a zero-harm culture and ensuring robust management of high-risk activities
* Building trusted relationships with the client, site operations teams, and alliance partners
* Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary management team
What are we looking for?
* You have extensive senior management experience within wastewater, utilities, or complex infrastructure construction
* You have a proven track record of delivering works in live operational environments
* You demonstrate a genuine commitment to safety leadership and positive site culture
* You have experience working under NEC contracts and regulated client frameworks
* You're collaborative, trusted, and focused on continuous improvement
