What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading by example-You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.
* Person-centred care-Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first.
* Excellent nursing care-providing nursing care and interventions where needed.
* Team leadership-Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.
* Be a role model-Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence.
* Reporting-You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified nurse (RGNwith an active NMC PIN)
* Someone with a genuine passion for elderly care and significant experience working in a care home or similar environment.
* A natural leader who enjoys bringing out the best in others.
* Someone with the same caring workplace values and behaviours as us.
