The phlebotomy home visiting team is a city wide service providing phlebotomy and other observations to patients who are housebound and unable to visit their GP practice .The service is provided across the city of Bradford.
We have a vacancy for a Band 2 health care support worker to come and join the team.
The team use electronic records to access and input information and having skills in using computer systems would be an advantage although training will be provided in the current health system in use.

To provide generic care and planned interventions to the patients within Adult Community Services, predominantly requiring phlebotomy, either planned or urgent to aid the prevention of avoidable hospital admissions.
