What You’ll Do
As an RMN with Nurseplus, you’ll take on a dynamic role that allows you to make a real difference every day. Key responsibilities may include:
7. Managing acute episodes and responding to mental health crises, de-escalating aggressive or high-risk behaviour.
8. Offering therapeutic support such as one-to-one counselling, group therapy.
9. Developing and monitoring individualised care plans to support emotional and mental well-being.
10. Advocating for patient rights, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.
11. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.
12. Assessing and monitoring at-risk patients for signs of suicidal ideation or self-harm, intervening swiftly to ensure safety.
What We Need From You
13. A current and unrestricted NMC registration.
14. At least six months of UK-based paid experience.
15. The right to work in the UK.
16. A good standard of English and effective communication skills.
17. Flexibility to travel as required.
