* Demonstrated expertise in conceptualising, developing, and delivering mathematical and/or health economic models
* A passion for algorithms and modelling, approaching complex challenges with curiosity and innovation
* Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills
* Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++, R, or Python
* Experience with modelling within VBA/Excel is also an asset
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, acting as a key point of contact for clients
* Excellent organisational skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
* High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience leading projects and managing milestones
