Art Teacher – Primary (4 Days per Week, Temporary)
Rate: £120–£130 per day (dependent on experience)
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday

This full-time, permanent position offers a balanced and rewarding role delivering Art PPA cover across the primary phase, while also contributing as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for two general cover sessions per week. You’ll be supported by a friendly, collaborative staff team and benefit from excellent facilities designed to inspire creative learning.
The Role
As the Art Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons in line with the school’s curriculum
• Inspire pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 through creative, well-structured teaching
• Encourage confidence, individuality, and self-expression through the arts
• Provide two general cover sessions as a HLTA when required
• Work collaboratively with staff to maintain consistency and high standards

What We’re Looking For
• A confident Art Specialist with strong subject knowledge
• Experience teaching art in a primary setting (QTS desirable but not required)
• Ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons independently
