About the Role – What You’ll Do:
As our Senior Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team and ensure a consistently outstanding culinary experience for our guests.
Operational Leadership
* Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and service flow
* Train, motivate, and support junior team members
* Uphold portion control, stock rotation, and waste management
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Kitchen Management
* Maintain mise en place and prep standards across all sections
* Manage orders, weekly reporting, and stock inventories
* Collaborate on new dish development and seasonal menus
* Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a premium or high-volume setting
* Natural leadership skills and a calm, hands-on approach
* A passion for high-quality, creative cuisine
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen health & safety standards
