Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lettings Manager, as maternity cover, to oversee our property rental operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for organisation. As a Lettings Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our lettings department, managing tenant relationships, and maximising occupancy rates.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
* Drive new landlord instructions and manage existing stock
* Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements to ensure successful lettings.
* Coordinate marketing efforts to promote available properties through various channels.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications within the lettings database.
* Conduct regular market research to stay informed about local rental trends and pricing strategies.
* Lead and mentor the lettings team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Experience
* Proven experience within a lettings or property management environment is essential.
* Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proven ability to win new business and manage landlord relationships.

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
