We have an exciting opportunity for an SEMH Primary Teacher at an SEMH school in Chapel-en-le-Frith.

The Basics:
SEMH Primary Teacher at a lovely team-oriented SEMH school in Chapel.
* Start date: ASAP
* Contract: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4pm.
* Pay: £(Apply online only)/day DOE – paid PAYE directly via Now Education (we don't use umbrella companies!).
* Paid to scale from 13th week of placement onwards.
* QTS Teacher Sign-On Bonus - work 10 days & receive £200 vouchers.
* Referral scheme - get up to £100 for a successful referral once the person works for us for 10 days.

* Plan hands-on, engaging lessons that match each child’s learning style and emotional needs.
* Create a calm, supportive space where kids feel safe, valued, and ready to learn.
* Keep track of progress and give clear, helpful feedback to help students grow.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and the team.
* Deliver a creative, flexible curriculum that builds confidence, independence, and curiosity.
* Promote positive behaviour with clear boundaries, consistency, and empathy.
* Get involved in wider school life—supporting activities, events, and whatever helps students thrive.
