Are you a Credit Controller with a passion for reducing debt and delivering outstanding customer service? Hain Celestial UK is seeking a results-driven professional to join our Credit Control team and help support the financial health of our leading food brands—including Yorkshire Provender, Cully & Sully, New Covent Garden, Hartley's, Robertson's, Linda McCartney’s, and many more.
As a Credit Controller, your primary responsibility will be to help achieve the cash and debt reduction targets set by the Credit Manager. You will oversee the full reconciliation, administration, and collection of debt across all three trading divisions—minimising bad debt risk while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reconcile and collect outstanding debt across all trading divisions.
2. Liaise with internal departments to investigate and resolve invoice and debit queries.
3. Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and unjustified debit notes, securing payment in a timely manner.
4. Monitor accounts that exceed credit limits, submitting requests to adjust limits where necessary to manage risk.
5. Ensure all transactions reflect an accurate view of customer accounts for reporting purposes.
6. Maintain thorough records of all invoice and debit note queries, ensuring accurate categorisation and documentation.
7. Provide regular progress updates to the Credit Manager, tracking performance against cash and debt reduction targets.
