Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and clean modular cabins and buildings – painting, general upkeep as directed.
* Carry out repairs at site visits promptly and effectively.
* Check and store returned furniture, ensuring proper removal from cabins and placement back in storage.
* Minimise material wastage and assist with safe loading/unloading of cabins, buildings, and materials.
* Keep the yard and workshop clean and well‑organised at all times.
* Adhere to current health and safety legislation to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills & Experience
* Technical expertise in plumbing, joinery or electrical work is highly beneficial.
* Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload effectively.
* Experience in cabin fitting is a distinct advantage (Desirable).
* Experience of plumbing, joinery or electrical (National) – Requirement.
