Role Overview
As Senior Recruitment Manager, you will lead efforts to identify, attract, and onboard high-calibre Wealth Managers. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and pipeline development to successful sign-up, ensuring alignment with our brand values and strategic growth objectives. This role requires regular UK travel.
What You’ll Do
1. Drive Recruitment Strategy: Design and refine recruitment approaches across all affiliation options.
2. Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of experienced professionals and new entrants.
3. Engage & Influence: Identify, nurture, and guide prospective Wealth Managers through their journey to onboarding.
4. Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and external introducers to maximize recruitment opportunities.
5. Champion Our Proposition: Present the Raymond James value proposition at meetings, events, and industry forums.
6. Lead & Inspire: Motivate and develop your team, fostering high morale and strong performance.
7. Innovate: Recommend enhancements to our recruitment proposition to maintain a competitive edge.
8. Ensure Excellence: Oversee CRM accuracy, delegate effectively, and support workload management.
9. Stay Connected: Attend networking events to build presence and keep informed on market developments.
10. Support Growth: Contribute to strategic initiatives alongside the Managing Director.
What We’re Looking For
11. Proven recruitment experience within UK Financial Services.
12. Strong track record working with Investment Managers, Financial Advisers/Planners, and business owners.
13. Degree or relevant industry qualifications preferred.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
