Reporting Accountant Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (12-18 months) Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week Location: Winnersh RG41 (Hybrid) We are hiring a Reporting Accountant on a fixed term basis to take the reins of our Group Reporting and FP&A business as usual operations, providing the stability needed for our internal teams to focus on a high-profile EPM tool implementation. Beyond keeping the wheels turning, you will play a supporting role in the project itself - assisting with data migration, validation, and testing. What You’ll Be Doing: Own the monthly consolidation, statutory accounts, and management reporting packs. Manage the Group Reporting BPC submissions ensuring data accuracy, handle intercompany eliminations, and coordinate the annual audit. Drive the budget/re-forecasting cycles and maintain finance systems in collaboration with the Enterprise Systems team. Support the CFO and Enterprise Systems team in the new EPM tool implementation and transformation Provide project support and contribute to the EPM tool lifecycle, from design and data migration to testing and go-live as well as other adhoc projects as they arise. What You’ll Bring: Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a powerhouse technical background in consolidations. Experience: A proven track record in large, complex group environments. Systems Savvy: Advanced Excel is a must. Experience with SAP BPC is a major plus, as is any history of transitioning from legacy systems to modern EPM tools (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan).
