RIBA Jobs are advertising this vacancy on behalf of a well-established, medium-sized architectural practice based in Leeds city centre is seeking a talented Architect with a minimum of Five years post-qualification experience to join its busy team.
Working across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK, the practice has built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, commercially aware design across multiple sectors. The role offers exposure to all RIBA Workstages and the opportunity to take meaningful responsibility within a collaborative studio environment.
This is not a conventional position. It is a long-term opportunity for the right individual to develop into a key member of the practice, with a clearly defined pathway toward equity partnership, subject to performance and commitment.
The Role
* Lead and contribute to projects across a range of sectors and scales
* Work across all project stages, from concept through to delivery
* Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Play an active role in design development and technical coordination
* Support the ongoing growth and evolution of the practice
About You
* ARB registered Architect with minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
* Strong design and technical ability, with a well-rounded portfolio
* Experience working across multiple RIBA stages
* Confident communicator with good client-facing skills
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, reliable approach
* Ambition to take on greater responsibility over time
