They are currently looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their team for a three-month contract. Job Responsibilities/Objectives Process Understanding and Analysis Work with stakeholders across central and village teams, based across Europe and the US, to understand and (where appropriate) document existing processes that support, run, and maintain the app and website Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture current-state processes, roles, dependencies, and pain points. Develop clear process artefacts (e.g. process maps, swimlane diagrams, impact assessments) that are accessible to both business and technical audiences Process Optimisation and Design: Design optimal future-state processes across functional areas such as translation and localisation, content management, reporting and analytics, and AI agent management, to enable organisational efficiency, improved ways of working, and effective use of new digital capabilities Change Impact and Business Readiness Work closely with the Business Change Manager to assess areas of process impact and change arising from delivery. Collaboration with Delivery Teams Documentation and Roll-out: Document agreed future-state processes and supporting guidance as part of the wider business change strategy. Support the roll-out of process documentation, ensuring materials are clear, usable, and aligned to training and communications activity Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on process understanding, process optimisation, and process design. Experience working on complex digital, technology, or transformation programmes. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams. Experience producing high-quality process documentation and analysis artefacts. Ability to translate technical change into clear operational and process impacts for business users.
