As a Roofer you will be working within our property services team to deliver high-quality roofing repairs, maintenance, and installation services for domestic properties. This role will focus on scheduled projects, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct planned inspections and assessments of roofs to identify maintenance or replacement needs.
2. Carry out scheduled roofing repairs and installations, ensuring work meets industry standards.
3. Replace or repair roofing materials, including tiles, slates, or flashing, as part of planned works.
4. Apply weatherproofing and protective coatings to enhance roof durability.
