Reporting to the EMEA Regional Lead. Your Profile: Essential Criteria UK-based Desirable Criteria Experience in performing a global study management role Experience in line-managing global management roles Functional Line Management experience Experience working in FSP environment 2-3 years People Leader experience Knowledge Clinical Development process and procedures Working knowledge of International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable international and local regulations and guidelines as applicable Experience in anticipating and resolving problems Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Experience of project risk management assessment and mitigation approaches Proven ability to work independently and effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Demonstrable flexibility and organizational skills Strong relationship management & influencing skills Time management & prioritization skills Training skills Demonstrable ability to work effectively cross-culturally and in a virtual environment IT strong computer literacy, including word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications Presentation skills Problem solver Team work Business English – proficient written and verbal communication skills in English You will be part of an innovative and global Biotechnology company, who pride themselves to be one of the world's leading independent biotechnology companies.
