Location: Nantwich
Salary: GBP30,000 : GBP35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving architectural practice who provide high quality design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their team based in Nantwich.

Duties For The Role Of Architectural Technician Include
* Produce technical drawings and specifications for planning, tender, and construction stages
* Prepare and submit building regulations applications
* Work alongside structural engineers, M and E consultants, and other specialists
* Maintain high drawing standards and technical workflows
* Undertake site visits and client meetings
Skills And Experience For The Role Of Architectural Technician
* Relevant degree within Architecture
* Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with AutoCAD
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
* Experience managing projects within the residential sector
* Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects
* CIAT registration or working towards it would be desirable
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Nantwich area
