We are currently recruiting for Internal Sales SupportExecutives to join our sales team.
In a nutshell...
As an Internal Sales Support Executive at Knauf, youwill be accountable for the support, administration, and coordination of sales activities across the Gypsum UK business. Within this role, you will provide a key sales support role and will provide administrative tasks for field-based sales agents within an area / regional specific relationship.The role will enable you to become a conduit, for the flow of customer and project information across all areas of the Knauf UK business and will ensure an efficient and effective approach to sales conversion.
Responsibilities will include:
* Researching, updating and communicating project activity, ensuring stage gates, minimum data standards and KPI’s are all met.
* You will be responsible for a high level of team coordination, at a customer and project level and will need to ensure all members of the sales process, are kept up to date and notified of all opportunities.
* The role will include back-office functions such as;supporting the provision of quotations and pricing/marketing materials, updating of CRM systems, coordination of project and customer activity as well as supporting the complete customer service lifecycle, to ensure a high standard of customer service is always provided to colleagues and customers.
* You willsupport the sales leadership team through business reporting and the coordination of activities and information across our CRM platform.
* Administration of sales data and customer information to meet KPI’s and objectives.
* Liaising with third party data agencies to ensure up to date project and customer information is researched andcoordinated effectively in an on time in full manner.
* Training and in lifecycle support for Knauf digital platforms, for sales team members and customers
* Supporting the development and delivery of the Knauf UK & Ireland sales strategy
* Providing voice of the customer feedback to management, to ensure our focus on customer service.
Requirements:
* Experience in a business administration / sales support role, ideally operating within a CRM system.
* You will be able to demonstrate competence in the understanding of project led sales strategies.
* You will have strong communication and coordination skills as well asgood IT skills and be able to demonstrate skill across Microsoft Office (mainly Excel), MS Teams, Outlook, etc
* You will have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to research and analysis data, to support and develop sales opportunities.
